The rules regarding the assessment carried out by teachers have been refined to match demands of 21st-century learning, aspect that has improved is cognitive aspect, specifically in Higher Order Thinking Skills. However, prospective and even still difficulty implementing this assessment. purpose study was determine profile ability physics teacher students solving Skills questions as an initial description identifying problems occur. This research a descriptive postgraduate at Makassar State University, South Sulawesi. data obtained through test technique. These consist 40 sets items, with indicators analyzing, evaluating, creating. It developed researchers validated experts. percentage score 68, 79, 55% for creating respectively. Therefore, Prospective can be said unsatisfactory questions.
